At the risk of starting to rant, we'd like to explain that the majority of our clients are in the category that 'they' (the banks, building societies, accountants and government agencies) refer to with the ghastly acronym, SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises).

In our team we have business authors of reports, books, websites specifically aimed at the small business community (Kiki, Tim, Jim, Robert). So what, I hear you say, and quite rightly!

More importantly, all of our team run (or have run their own) business.
