Our experience comes from working with what are referred to as medium-sized businesses. We have particular experts in our team who come from a medium-sized business background. Typically these businesses are more than five years old and have more than 50 employees, although there are always exceptions to the rule!

In our team we have business authors of reports, books, websites specifically aimed at the small and the medium-sized business communities (Kiki, Tim, Jim, Robert). So, we have literally 'been there'.
