Who are you?

You are an owner-manager of a business, £100k-2m turnover, with less than 20 employees.

What's the problem?

Things are going OK but you feel that they could be going faster. You still feel a bit like an amateur and you are convinced that there is a magic formula but you haven't found it yet! You want more profits, more sales, more direction. You need some independent help, someone from the outside, to help you get, and stay, on track.

Six telephone coaching sessions per year

We have a small team of specially trained and qualified telephone coaches who will work with you on specific issues - each call will have an agenda and will focus on a measurable outcome.

Typically each call lasts an hour - this is not just chit-chat. You must agree your agenda items in advance and be prepared to report back on how you have implemented the action points that come out of the coaching session.

We find the telephone coaching sessions to be be an incredibly effective tool for getting owner-managers to recognise their behaviours and take actions to achieve better business results.

Each month you will receive:

• A Newsletter - our monthly Newsletter focuses on a specific theme that is of particular interest to owner-managers and directors of growing businesses eg the grey pound, selling to women, the budget, word-of-mouth marketing
• A Workbook - usually 20-30 pages, the workbook combines commentary and worksheets; it is a comprehensive document that looks at specific issues eg changing prices, how good is your business, how to create a strategy - ideal for you and/or your growing/developing team
• Access to a live Telephone Seminar with Robert - once a month, spend 20-30 minutes listening to Robert giving tools, tips and techniques on a particular subject eg the elevator pitch, defining your USP, why should people bother to buy from you - ideal for you and/or your growing/developing team.

Each year you will receive:
