Who are you?
You are the managing director or owner-manager of a growing business, turning over, say, £200k-£5m pa. You are ambitious and have already got the business to the current level.

Growing the business, and taking it to the next level, isn't as easy as hoped. Issues around direction, increasing sales and profitability, as well as some funding and ownership issues are emerging. It is time to get serious about your growth plans and bring in someone who has 'been there and done it' to work with you, to challenge you and give you guidance to take the business up to the next level.

Six face-to-face coaching/consultancy sessions per year with one of our Senior Consultants
Our face-to-face coaches and consultants all share Robert's no-nonsense approach to business growth and have been steeped in the 'ology' we use here at The Directors' Centre.
We only use a small team of specially trained and qualified coaches who will work with you face-to-face on specific issues. Each meeting will have an agenda and will focus on a measurable outcome.
Typically each meeting lasts three to four hours - and of course you maintain your dialogue by phone and email between the meetings. You must agree your agenda items in advance and be prepared to report back on how you have implemented the action points that come out of the coaching session. Face-to-face contact leaves no place for you to hide - it is intense and very results-focused.
You will also receive all Level One services...
Each month you will receive:
- A Newsletter - our monthly Newsletter focuses on a specific theme that is of particular interest to owner-managers and directors of growing businesses eg the grey pound, selling to women, the budget, word-of-mouth marketing
- A Workbook - usually 20-30 pages, the workbook combines commentary and worksheets; it is a comprehensive document that looks at specific issues eg changing prices, how good is your business, how to create a strategy - ideal for you and/or your growing/developing team
- Access to a live Telephone Seminar with Robert - once a month, spend 20-30 minutes listening to Robert giving tools, tips and techniques on a particular subject eg the elevator pitch, defining your USP, why should people bother to buy from you - ideal for you and/or your growing/developing team.
Each year you will receive:
- Two free reports on issues such as the best selling method, the entrepreneurial mind, what small businesses want...
- A free ebook/book - first versions of Robert's latest books will be available to you ...
- Plus invitations to The Directors' Centre events such as seminars, workshop and conferences.
And... each year you also receive...
Invitations to attend:
- at least two seminars
- a conference, and
- two private dinners with some of our senior team.
