Transforming a business' profitability is often about changing the small things as much as having the big ideas - and the changes are also often ones you, as the owner-managers, have thought about - but perhaps never been sure enough to implement.

Focusing your attention (as well as ours) on your business for a month or so is often transforming in itself. How often do you get a chance to stand back and have a really good look and think about your business?

We don't work by standing on high and pontificating. We encourage participation between us and between the owner-managers. We do admit to pushing and poking to get at the real issues and opportunities, and we do provide occasionally radical solutions - when they are appropriate and can hel you achieve real bottom line results.
