Recommendations & Action

Recommendations

By now, we have a firm fix on the recommended destination – and consequently direction – of the business – where it’s going, how fast you want it to travel, and with what results on arrival. Some or all of this discussion may well involve your senior management team to identify specific problems, and discuss realistic solutions.

We then usually send you the complete Business Development Recommendations.

Action

The Action plan includes as much implementation detail as necessary, including budgets, briefs for your suppliers, specifications, sample copy, whatever may help to achieve the right results.

We then have a final meeting a couple of weeks later when you have had time to digest the Action plan, so we can discuss it further - and/or present the plan, or elements of it, to other people in the company.

We’re also available by phone and email over the next month.

Scan & Evaluate

Scan

We start by asking for enough information to enable us to make an initial diagnosis.

Then meet with you to discuss the range of key issues.

We then undertake some desktop and dipstick market research (interviews with a range of relevant people, companies and organisations), and further analyse your business.

Evaluation

We therefore come to the second meeting with some well informed and developed proposals.

Our discussions focus on our initial Evaluation and "draft" Recommendations.

If you are really serious about improving the performance of your company, and being sure that it is on the right road, then this is what we would recommend.

Many companies have found that it delivers the right balance between a snack and a gastro blow-out!

We are able to get to grips with your business and market, and really understand the internal and external dynamics. That's crucial because we deal with the real world - who your competitors are, how much cash you have, how good your staff are, how long it takes to develop and launch new products or services.

What that also means is that what we recommend is founded on knowledge and common sense - and it is all eminently achievable.

No pie-in-the-sky from us. Just down-to-earth business sense.

Indicative Fee: £9,500.
