This event is open exclusively to active owner-directors of businesses that are at least 2 years old, and have a turnover in excess of £250,000. The average turnover of companies attending the Autumn event was just over £1 million. See the Application Form.

There is a “no-show” fee of £100 payable in advance, but refunded if you attend the scheduled event.

However, you can choose to pay a Growth Dividend entirely at your discretion after the 30 days. Only one person at the most recent Growth Challenge chose not to do so, which tells you quite a lot, we think.

The Directors’ Centre believes in results – and being rewarded (at least partly) by the results it achieves.

That’s why Growth Challenge participation is paid for by results.

The participating owner-directors are phoned by Robert Craven after 30 days to discuss the effectiveness of the event, and to how much of their Action Plan they have achieved.

Payment of the Growth Dividend is entirely at your discretion – you decide whether to pay anything at all, and, if you do decide to pay something, how much to pay.
